Privacy Policy

TazTools provides website guidance and managed website requests. Self-service purchases and store accounts remain at store.taztools.com, with their own privacy information.

Your network account and requests

Network sign-in is handled by SpiderTaz. TazTools uses a secure session cookie and your shared account identity to keep website requests private. We store the choices and optional project information you save. Drafts are visible only through your own account; sending a request makes it available to authorized TazTools administrators, who can use your shared account name and email to respond.

Do not include passwords, payment details or domain transfer codes. Withdrawing closes a request; it does not erase its history or cancel any purchased service. Contact us about privacy or removal requests.

Browser storage

Appearance preference and the optional launch checklist are saved in your browser. Managed website drafts are saved to your account only after you choose to save them. Unsaved click-through choices are not stored in browser storage; pending selections are held briefly in your secure session during sign-in.

Requests and links

The hosting service may record technical request information in server logs. Outbound services have their own policies. SpiderTaz Search receives the search text you submit. No advertising analytics script or payment-card form is installed here.

Managed payments

PayPal handles payment approval. We retain package and scope acceptance, payment and subscription references, amounts, status and service activity for billing, support and reconciliation. We do not collect card numbers. Verified paid requests become available to authorized TazTools administrators for fulfillment. PayPal's privacy terms apply to its payment service.

Network services and your choices

The network menu is supplied by SpiderTaz and can display your network account controls. Its use is covered by the SpiderTaz privacy policy. Opening another platform or the separate store brings you under that destination's policy. You can clear local appearance and checklist preferences through your browser; doing so does not delete saved account requests or billing records.

Privacy requests and records

For questions about access, correction or deletion of your TazTools information, contact us through SpiderTaz contact and identify TazTools. Do not send passwords or card details. Some service, payment or security records may need to be retained to handle transactions, disputes or legal obligations; closing a request is not automatic deletion.
