Terms of Service

TazTools provides managed website services and links to separate self-service offers. Guidance is not a guarantee of rankings, uninterrupted operation, security or business results.

Managed website packages

Starter starts at $299 setup and $49/month; Custom at $599 setup and $75/month; Business / Store at $860 setup and $125/month with written scope approval before checkout. Review your package's page allowance, included work and requested-edit time before paying. Hosting, basic SSL and one professional mailbox are included; mailbox setup depends on a suitable connected domain. Domain purchases, renewals, paid licenses and work outside your scope require separate approval.

Payments and monthly management

When checkout is available, PayPal shows the setup charge plus the first month at signup and the recurring monthly amount before approval. Monthly management starts at signup, not website launch. Saving a request is not a payment. Work starts only after payment verification and coordination with you. Requested edits are limited to the package allowance each billing month; unused time does not roll over. Routine agreed technical upkeep is separate. Extra work requires your approval at $75/hour; it is not automatically charged.

Launch, cancellation and handoff

We work with you on the website and obtain your approval before launch. No fixed delivery time or unlimited revisions are promised. You can request subscription cancellation from your package page or manage recurring payments in PayPal. Future charges stop once PayPal confirms cancellation. Ending paid management pauses service; it does not automatically delete saved work, transfer a domain or issue a refund. Contact us to agree any outstanding work, handoff or refund request; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Separate offerings

Self-service store prices, taxes, renewals, refunds, support and fulfillment follow the terms shown in that store. SpiderTaz creator subscriptions are separate from TazTools managed packages. Commercial links are optional. For managed-service questions, use our contact guidance.

Network accounts and website use

Shared account use is also covered by the SpiderTaz Network terms. Keep your account access secure and submit only information and materials you are entitled to use. Do not misuse request forms or attempt unauthorized access. These terms do not replace the separate store's purchase terms. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.
